An unforgettable holiday in Alicudi, the most natural of the Aeolian Islands, proclaimed by UNESCO World Heritage as an area of special interest.
Alicudi is a tiny, unique island, only two and a half kilometres wide, off the north coast of Sicily; a fascinating volcanic rock in the middle of the sea, inhabited in winter by less than a hundred people, that can quadruplicate in summer.
The island has neither roads nor car traffic. It can be travelled over only on foot, along century-old stepped paths that take to the mountain (672 m), rugged and grand.
